Official Brand Warranty

All products sold on TechDiversity come with an official brand warranty. The warranty period varies by product and is specified on each product page.

What's Covered

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Hardware failures under normal use
  • Material defects

What's Not Covered

  • Physical damage (drops, spills, etc.)
  • Damage from unauthorized modifications
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Consumable parts (batteries, cables, etc.)

Claim Process

  1. Contact our support team with your order number
  2. Describe the issue and provide photos/videos if applicable
  3. Our team will review and provide a return authorization
  4. Ship the product to our service center or authorized service partner
  5. Receive replacement or repair within 7-14 business days

Warranty Periods

  • Keyboards: 1-2 years (varies by brand)
  • Mice: 1-2 years (varies by brand)
  • Headsets: 1 year
  • Accessories: 6 months - 1 year
