What's Covered
- Manufacturing defects

What's Not Covered
- Physical damage (drops, spills, etc.)
- Damage from unauthorized modifications
- Normal wear and tear
- Consumable parts (batteries, cables, etc.)
Claim Process
- Contact our support team with your order number
- Describe the issue and provide photos/videos if applicable
- Our team will review and provide a return authorization
- Ship the product to our service center or authorized service partner
- Receive replacement or repair within 7-14 business days
Warranty Periods
- Keyboards: 1-2 years (varies by brand)
- Mice: 1-2 years (varies by brand)
- Headsets: 1 year
- Accessories: 6 months - 1 year
